So you want to learn how to inhale weed properly. Maybe it’s your first time smoking weed and you want to make sure you’re doing it right. Or perhaps you’ve smoked a couple times and you haven’t gotten high. But more likely, you’ve been smoking weed for a while and you’ve just been winging it this whole time.

Knowing how to inhale weed properly is essential if you don’t want to waste any weed. If you waste other people’s weed, they might get mad at you.

First of all, I want to stop a huge myth.

HOLDING IN YOUR WEED DOES NOT MAKE YOU HIGHER

Inhaling

The key to inhaling weed correctly is to get the smoke to the bottom of your lungs.

You should inhale with a simple 4-2-4 rhythm. Inhale deep for four seconds, pause briefly for two, and exhale mildly for four.

When smoking a joint or blunt, draw fresh air along with the smoke for a smooth and more enjoyable hit.

Add Fresh Oxygen

Inhaling fresh oxygen on top of smoking your weed is important because in this it makes sure you aren’t wasting anything. When smoking, use the last second of inhalation to move the glass, joint, or pen away from your lips and inhale some fresh oxygen pushing the weed deeper into your lungs to be absorbed into the capillaries.

Now that we have learned how to inhale weed properly you can share this information with your friends to make sure they’re getting the most out of their weed.
